Tree of Life Assembly exists to glorify YHWH, walk in obedience to His commandments, proclaim the good news of the Kingdom, and strengthen believers through fellowship, prayer, discipleship, and the study of His Word.
We seek to be a spiritual family that encourages one another in righteousness, bears one another's burdens, and serves as a light to those who are seeking truth — growing in wisdom, faithfulness, and love as we come to know YHWH more deeply through His Word and Spirit.
We believe that YHWH is one. He alone is the Creator of heaven and earth, the source of life, and the sovereign ruler over all creation. He has revealed Himself in different forms — as He appeared in the burning bush, in the cloud and fire on Mount Sinai, in the flesh through Yeshua, and as His Holy Spirit poured out on His people. He is one.
We believe that YHWH revealed Himself in the flesh through Yeshua the Messiah. He lived a sinless life, taught the way of righteousness, died for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in glory.
We believe that YHWH gives His Holy Spirit to guide, teach, comfort, convict, and empower His people to walk in obedience and truth.
We believe that the Scriptures are inspired by God and are the highest authority for faith, doctrine, and daily living. We test all teachings and traditions against the written Word.
We believe that salvation is a gift of God, received through faith in Yeshua the Messiah, who took on flesh and offered Himself as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins — past, present, and future. It is not by the law that we are saved, but by our belief and faith in our Messiah. We are called to turn from sin (teshuvah), to trust in Him alone, and to walk in newness of life by His Spirit. We keep God's commandments not to earn salvation, but because we love Him and have been redeemed by Him. Obedience is the fruit of a living faith, not its price.
We believe that God's Torah reveals His character, wisdom, and standards of holiness. We seek to obey His commandments through faith, love, and the empowerment of His Spirit. We believe Yeshua did not abolish God's instruction but fulfilled it and taught His followers to walk faithfully before God.
We observe the Sabbath from Friday evening to Saturday evening as a holy appointment established by God. It is a time for worship, rest, fellowship, and remembrance of His creation and redemption.
We recognize and celebrate the feasts of YHWH as outlined in Scripture. These appointed times testify to God's redemptive plan and point to the work of the Messiah.
We acknowledge YHWH as our King, Shepherd, Judge, and Lawgiver. Every teaching, tradition, and spiritual claim must be tested against His Word.
We believe that gathering together is not optional but a commandment of God. He calls us to assemble regularly, to encourage one another, to pray for one another, to bear one another's burdens, and to grow together in faith. We are one body with many members, and each member has a role to play; therefore we do not forsake the assembling of ourselves together, but make our consistent presence in the body a faithful priority.
We believe that every believer has a role in God's Kingdom. We seek to be a witness through our words, actions, hospitality, service, and commitment to truth.
We strive to walk humbly before YHWH, to love one another sincerely, to remain faithful to His Word, and to encourage all who seek Him with an honest heart.
We recognize that we continue to learn and grow in understanding. We submit ourselves first to YHWH, to His Spirit, and to the authority of His Word above all human traditions and doctrines.
